I had a wonderful, positive experience here. It was the first time I've ever sold any gold. I've done my research and knew what to expect. The extremely professional and outgoing sales associate I dealt with was Kimberly. It was my understanding that she is usually at the Morristown location. She tested, weighed, and processed my gold right there in front of me. I knew going in the testing and procedure as well as the current value of my gold. Kimberly was a breeze to work with, and I even found out that 2 items I had received as gifts were in fact gold. I thought they were vermeil! Excellent place to do business with. I highly recommend them!
